Rated as one of Baltimore’s top five American restaurants, SoBo Cafe offers American dishes and an atmosphere reminiscent of the once-popular cafes and diners in the States. Located on Federal Hill, the place is owned and operated by a local woman and her family.
Though it is located in a crowded location, the restaurant offers an outdoor dining experience. The tables are equipped with a heater, and guests can even cover with a blanket, making it an appropriate dining location even after a night game.

Blue Moon Too
This corner cafe indeed looks inviting and eccentric from the outside. It is painted with all the moon phases and looks a bit hippie. Once you get inside, the entire universe spreads out before your eyes while you start experiencing journeys with your senses.
The place looked and smelled delicious, and our dining experience left us craving more dishes from their menu, but our stomachs said no.
This Rock ’n’ Roll cafe opened in 1996 in the historically significant Fells Point District and remains famous for its Rock ’n’ Roll breakfast. They have one of the wealthiest breakfast menus we’ve ever encountered and an array of cakes, brownies, and pancakes in all shapes and tastes.
Blue Moon Too resembles a pub, though they don’t serve alcohol there. It has funky and contemporary artwork pieces all over. The food is served in an artsy manner and always looks different than you’ve ever seen.
The tastes are so unique you’ll always go there to try your favorite dish again. Additionally, their dishes are incredibly cheap and can fit everyone’s budget.
All in all, if you are looking to energize before the start of the game – this is the place to go.
