Last but not least is Fogo de Chao, a Brazilian steakhouse located in the famous Zipper Building, about two minutes drive from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
This is a fancy restaurant with over 30 locations in Brazil and the US. The thing that makes Fogo de Chao special is the Churrasco, a Brazilian centuries-old technique of cooking that includes roasting the meat over an open flame.
Besides the traditionally-cooked dishes, Fogo de Chao also offers seafood cocktails with a special Brazilian Malagueta sauce. The Lunch menu includes dishes such as Picanha, Alcatra, crispy polenta, bacon Medalhoes, etc. We also recommend trying some of its mouthwatering desserts.
